The course provides basic and in-depth concepts about Vietnamese competition and consumption law, comparing similarities and differences between Vietnam and France.
IV. Course learning objectives
By the end of this course, the student will be able to
– Understand competition law
– Clearly define the need to regulate competition by competition policy and law

– Master the system of legal documents governing competition activities in Vietnam

– Apply the basic contents of the current competition law and the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights in Vietnam
– Analyzing the system of legal documents to protect consumers in Vietnam
