III. Course learning objectives
The module is intended to help students acquire specialized skills in the basic legal aspects related to intellectual property and industrial property, and general skills of the training profession. At the end of the module, students can
1. UNDERSTAND and explain the basic concepts of intellectual property and industrial property.
2. DETERMINATION and APPLICATION of a number of national laws, international treaties and basic legal documents relating to intellectual property and industrial property.
3. DISCRIMINATION SKILL: Distinguishing basic forms of intellectual property and industrial property.
4. HAVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS: speak English effectively in topics related to legal aspects of intellectual property and industrial property.
IV. Module’s description
This module is to lead the institution to initial exposure to the fundamental legal issues of intellectual property and industrial property, including the protection of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property (including franchising).

VII. TEACHINH METHODS
Teaching activities include lectures and class discussion. Multimedia technical assistance and communications will be used appropriately.
- Discuss and explain to students the basics of the module.
- Preparation: To be effective, students need to study the material first at home and the teacher will ask students to participate in class discussion.
- The lecturer can give discussions and case questions to help students master the problem

IX. Other Requirements
Plagiarism is prohibited under any circumstances. Students who commit plagiarism are subjected to failure of the class and possible dismissal from the university.
